Ballina Salmon Festival Busking Competition returns to the streets of Ballina this July 2022.
The Festival is delighted to invite musicians and buskers from around the town and county to Ballina between the 11th to the 16th July as part of the now annual Busking Competition !
Ballina is a magnet for musicians, the streets of the town have hosted two fleadh ceoils during the nineties, two Other Voices programmes in the previous three years, with musicians and songwriters flocking to Ballina in the intern..
With prizemoney of €750 up for grabs, Buskers can register via this application form and be in with a chance to win cash prizes and perform on stage on Friday night, 15th July at the Pearse St Party event in Ballina .
Running Monday11th, Tuesday 12th Thursday 14th and Friday 15th July, our judges will be walking the streets to pick our 3 finalists which will battle it out on Friday the 15th before the Pearse Street Party.
